Alexian Brothers Medical Campus
This 84,000 square foot medical office building is attached to a 41,000 square foot facility developed by NexCore Group principals in 1989-90. Located in Louisville, Colorado, a suburb of Denver, this two-story, multi-tenant medical office building houses a three-OR ambulatory surgery center, primary care and specialty practices, a physical therapy center, and an MRI imaging center. This building was developed to facilitate further expansion and recruitment of a major multi-specialty clinic and other physician practices to the hospital campus.
NexCore coordinated the building development, as well as formed an ownership agreement between NexCore and private investors. Development services included raising equity, negotiation of the land lease from the hospital, arrangement of financing, negotiation of tenant leases, and property and asset management.
