Alexian Brothers Medical Campus
St. Alexius Medical Center is expanding its inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, treatment, and procedure areas to enhance its delivery of medical services to Hoffman Estates and the surrounding Chicago suburbs. This 114,000 square foot medical office building will house an ambulatory surgery center, Hospital administrative offices, the Alexian Cancer Institute, and over 55,000 square feet of physician office space. The building connects to the inpatient hospital through a state-of-the-art diagnostic ambulatory mall that will include the Alexian Heart Institute, the Women’s and Breast Diagnostic Center, lab, comprehensive imaging services, and an education resource center.
NexCore Group is providing development, financing, ownership, leasing, and program management services for the medical office building. These services include structuring third-party at-risk ownership, raising equity, procuring financing, performing conceptual planning, securing the Certificate of Need, leasing, selecting the design and construction team, and performing tenant coordination and ongoing asset and property management.
